King's Quiver
Rules:
1. Standard: Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Standard anti-king: Cells within a king's move (in chess) apart cannot contain the same digit.
3. Standard X: Digits cannot repeat along the main diagonals.
4. Standard killer: Cells in cages must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage.
5. Standard arrow: Cells along an arrow must sum to the total in the arrow's circle.
6. Kropki without negative constraint: Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. All possible dots are not given.

I got the break-in and then got hopelessly stuck. Despite the name and the clearly indicated rules, I missed that there was a King's move restriction. It is interesting that the restriction isn't needed until half way through the puzzle.
