Rut Buster

I was in a setting rut. I was having a hard time coming up with creative logic. But then a revelation occurred to me during a meeting. And now I have broken out of the rut.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Cells separated by a V must sum to 5.Not all possible Vs are given.
Cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 2:1. Not all possible black dots are given.
Digits in a cage must sum to the number in the top left corner of that cage.
Cells along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle.
