Shimaguni / Norinori / Paintarea doppelgänger

This puzzle can be solved as a shimaguni, a norinori or a paintarea. It's not the hardest of puzzles, but this was more done as a challenge for myself to see if I could craft a puzzle that had a unique solution in three different genres. Quite pleased with the result! :)
Paintarea:
Shade some cells so that each region is either fully shaded or fully unshaded and all shaded areas form an orthogonally connected area. No 2x2 region may be entirely shaded or unshaded.

Rules and example
Norinori:
Shade some dominoes of cells so that every region contains exactly two shades cells. Shaded dominoes may not touch orthogonally.

Shimaguni:
Shade a single group of orthogonally connected cells in each region. Shaded groups may not share a bold border. Each region must contain at least one shaded cell, and no two adjacent regions may contain the same number of shaded cells.

Solution code: The number of cells in each stretch of shaded cells seen from left to right in rows 2 and 7 for each of the puzzles, first paintarea, then norinori, and lastly shimaguni.

Just like for Vebby, the Paintarea and the Shimaguni both were a first to me. I especially enjoyed the Shimaguni. Thanks, Aspartagcus!
