Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Lockout Line: Digits in the directly connected endpoints must differ by 4 or more. Digits on lines must fall outside the range defined by their diamonds.
-Fortress: Cell with arrows pointing inwards is smaller than all orthogonally adjacent cells. Cell with arrows pointing outwards is larger than all orthogonally adjacent cells.
Solution code: Row 1 followed by Row 9 (no spaces)
