The Prime Killer

(Published on 6. November 2021, 20:02 by apc)

Rules:

1. Normal sudoku rules apply.

2. Killer: Digits in a cage must sum to the given total in the upper left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat in a cage.

3. Little killer: Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the diagonal. Digits can repeat along the diagonal.

4. Prime numbers cannot be orthogonally adjacent to each other.

5. Within the blue cells (i.e. box 1 and 9), composite numbers cannot be orthogonally adjacent to a factor. (For example, if row 2 column 3 was a 9, row 2 column 4 can be a 3 but row 1 column 3 cannot be a 3.)

Updating the link again. Hopefully it will work this time...

I noticed the link in the editing page flies off the screen so I have copied it into the puzzle description instead.

Never mind, I have no idea why the CTC app link doesn't show up. You can instead copy the following URL:

Added CTC app link. Very late, but I figured I might as well.

@SenatorGronk

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

You're right, the 43 clue is not necessary. The last clue I placed removes the need for it, which I actually hadn't realized until you pointed it out.

Nice puzzle. I'm pretty sure I didn't need to use the 43 little killer clue.

@SKORP17

A number is composite if it has more than two factors. (For example, 24 is composite as it has 8 factors: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24).
