Rules:
1) Normal Sudoku rules apply:
Place the digits 1-9 into each cell of the grid. None of the rows, columns or boldly outlined 3x3 boxes contain repeated digits.
2) Normal Antiknight Sudoku rules apply:
Cells separated by a chess knight's move cannot contain the same digit.
3) Normal Killer Sudoku rules apply:
The digits in a cage sum to the number at the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat in a cage.
