Juosan Arrow sudoku

This puzzle is inspired by udukos most recent puzzle Juosan Killer sudoku , which I highly recommend giving it a go.
Puzzle rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Arrow - Digits on the arrows must add up to the digit in the attached circle.
Odd digits(1, 3, 5, 7, 9) can appear consecutively for more than two cells vertically, but not more than two cells horizontally.
Even digits(2, 4, 6, 8) can appear consecutively for more than two cells horizontally, but not more than two cells vertically.

Thanks for the puzzle! It was quite enjoyable. I found it to only be 3 stars in difficulty. The way the parity of arrow sums worked with the Juosan constraint was quite interesting to me. I had never done a Juosan puzzle before, but I'll be looking out for more in the future now.

Lovely puzzle, from the beautiful break-in to very smooth path afterwards. A perfect introduction puzzle of the juosan rule set :)

Very nice idea and very nice execution! This Juosan constraint may be applied to many other variants, Juosan thermo, Juosan sandwich, etc.
