In riddle Sudoku, you solve a riddle and use the answer to solve the sudoku.

Lady or The Tiger
A lovably eccentric king has put before you a test.
Choose one of three doors and encounter either:
a lady (1) who is the life and soul of a party or
a tiger (9) struggling with Intermittent Fasting.
Behind two doors (in the cage) is a tiger (9) and no lady (1).
Behind one door (in the cage) is a lady (1) and no tiger (9).
Signs hang above each door (look at the arrows):
Above Room 1: A tiger is in room 2.
Above Room 2: A tiger is in this room.
Above Room 3: A tiger is in room 1.
The king tells you:
The sign on the room with the lady is TRUE and
at least one of the other signs is FALSE.
Answer the riddle, solve the sudoku, don't get eaten.

Rules
- Sudoku Rules Apply: Digits do not repeat in rows, columns, or boxes.
- Killer Cage Rules Apply: Digits in cages sum to the value in top-left corner
- Arrow Rules Apply: Digits along an arrow can repeat, sum to circled digit
- Odd/Even Rules Apply: Cells with a gray circle contain odd digits.
- Kropki Rules Apply: White dots separate consecutive digits. Black dots separate digits with a 1:2 ratio. There is no negative constraint.

I spent sooo long trying to work out the end, where seemingly any of 2.5 combinations of answers could work to fill in the black dots in the bottom three rows (at least 2 different combinations, with a third that flipped the 4s and 8s in one of the combinations). I was really struggling for a good 5+ minutes, even going so far as to screenshot the two combinations and upload it to Imgur to post here...until I remembered that, just like almost every other cage in sudoku puzzles, the cages here actually have totals. F'n d'oh!

Zegres, if this is too much info, feel free to overwrite this comment. A false sign (arrow) does not mean the arrow is false (unused). Gave myself grief trying to solve without the false sign(s).
Reply: Thanks for the note - yeah they are regular arrows that match the signs. I actually really like your idea. If I make another one of these, I'll make the lying arrows be false arrows and maybe even put 1 in the circle!
There are actually 15 classic Lady or the Tiger Puzzles. I might make another.

One thing that could be nice was to include the answer to the riddle as part of the solution code, like "column of the knob of the door where you encounter the lady".
Reply: Thanks for the suggestion I'll think about the best way to do that. One note is that the puzzles ONLY solves if the answer to the riddle is correct.
