Normal Sudoku rules apply
Each cage repesents a Young tableau, where the digits in each row (from left to right) and each column (from top to bottom) are placed in increasing order, and within each cage all digits must be different.

Indeed a bit harder than it's two predecessors!
@Statistica: you are right about the skyscraper feeling; but experienced it more here than in the ones from Tharn and me.
