The numbers in the batteries specify their electric current and those in the lamps their respective needed current. The strengths of the batteries have to be adjusted by the resistors (red). Each circuit includes exactly one battery, exactly one lamp and any number or resistors. The position of the resistors inside the circuits is irrelevant; only each summation has to fit. In the components of the here used pretty old plate almost all the values are no longer readable. Well, the courses of the wires can yet be determined in a way, that each lamp gets a current greater than 0, and needless to say that a fire-extinguisher should be at hand when dealing with such a construction.
The wires go horizontally or vertically between the centers of the cells and can cross each other and themselves, but not take two turns in one cell. All cells have to be used.
The wires are connected to the poles (grey) of the batteries. Resistors and lamps can be connected on each of their sides. Resistors larger than one cell have their two connections in different cells. Irrespective from their size lamps are connected only at the top, bottom, right or left, i.e. the wires are directed horizontally or vertically to the centers of the lamps. Lamps bigger than one standard cell also cover just one cell, i.e. besides their connections no wires go across their cells.
Solution code: For each row the number of wire turns outside of batteries, resistors or lamps.

Ich erinnere mich nur noch, dass eine Annahme, die mir offensichtlich schien, sich dann doch als falsch herausgestellt hat.

Danke, Dandelo. Lampen: Ansonsten wären es einfach zuviele Möglichkeiten gewesen. Widerstände: Dafür hatte ich nicht nur eine, sondern gleich mehrere Lösungen. Konnte ja auch deshalb nicht richtig sein. Keine Ahnung, wo ich bisher immer falsch abgebogen bin. Jetzt ging es plötzlich ganz schnell.

@ildiko: Das mit den Lampen ist richtig, die Widerstände werden aber nur einmal benutzt.
Ich erinnere mich nur noch, dass ich auch ziemlich lange rumgebastelt habe, aber irgendwann passte es dann doch.
