Schrodinger's Cells (Sudoku)

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage may not repeat. Cages are non-standard killer cages: a digit (1-9) in a red Schrodinger cell has a value for the purpose of the killer cage sum either one greater or one less than the standard value of the digit. Whether it is greater or less than must be determined by the solver. For clarity, a 9 in a Schrodinger cell can have value 10; and a 1 can have value 0. As always, comments welcome!
Solution code: First row of puzzle, and fourth column of puzzle (read top to bottom). Enter as a string of 18 digits, no spaces.

Nach diesem Puzzle bin ich ja mal gespannt was da noch so alles an Varianten kommt! Antrainierte Denkmuster müssen aufgebrochen und über Bord geworfen werden, um hier zur Lösung zu kommen.
