Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply
2. Cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2. Cells separated by a white dot have a difference of 1. No negative constraint (Kropki Pairs)
3. Blue lines are doubling lines where digits on them must appear exactly twice (Doubling Lines)
