Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits on a thermometer must increase from the bulb end.
Thermometers outside of the grid apply to skyscraper clues.
Numbers in the grid represent the heights of skyscrapers. Numbers outside the grid indicate the amount of visible skyscrapers in that row / column as seen from that vantage point.
