Twists and turns

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle.
The pattern of odd and even digits is unchanged when the grid is rotated 90 degrees. E.g. the digits in r1c2, r2c9, r9c8 and r8c1 must either all be odd or all be even.

Elegant and "colorful" puzzle, very enjoyable solve. I loved the odd/even balancing and the rotational symmetry definitely added a new twist :-)
