Rules:
- Sudoku+: Normal Sudoku rules apply, digits cannot repeat on the marked diagonal
- Killer: Cells in a cage must sum to the small number on the top left of the cage
- Little killer: Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the marked diagonal (digits can repeat)
- Palindrome: Digits along a line must read the same from both sides (ex. 13531) (digits can repeat)
- Thermo: Digits on a thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb
