Dig(it)!
(Published on 9. October 2021, 22:03 by PrimeWeasel)
You are a mole. You are blind and hungry. You want to eat worms in this patch of soil, but you have to avoid the traps that have been set to kill you.
You start in the top left corner and you dig as many cells orthogonally as the digit tells you. Whenever you face a wall, sense a trap (8s) or when you reach a new digit, you can change direction.
You will have to eat all the worms (5s) without visiting the same cell twice. Once you've eaten all nine worms, you can go to sleep peacefully.

To clarify, "face a wall" refers to the edge of the grid, not the borders between 3x3 regions. I recommend using Penpa+, like this: https://git.io/JKAJD

Next on Cracking the Cryptic; a Sudoku with 81 given digits. Very fun puzzle.

Although I'm using a Sudoku grid, this is not a Sudoku I'd argue.
