Oh no, my puzzles are corrupted! What should I do? :(

Rules of Curve Data:
- Make some figures by drawing lines through the centre of cells so that each figure goes through just one clue.
- All cells are visited by lines.
- A clue shows how the line passing through it turns and connects with itself, without any rotation or reflection.
- However, the clue does not specify length of each straight segment of the line in any way - the lengths of straight segments may vary, but must not be 0.
Rules of Yin-Yang:
- Fill each empty cell with either a black circle or a white circle.
- All white circles should be orthogonally connected, so do all black circles.
- There may not be any 2x2 cell region consisting of the same circle color.
Rules of Tapa:
- Shade some cells so that all shaded cells form one orthogonally connected area.
- Clues cannot be shaded and represent the lengths of the shaded cell surrounding that clue.
- If there are two or more numbers in a clue, then each group of shaded cells must be separated by at least one unshaded cell.
- No 2x2 region may be entirely shaded.
This morning, I made three small and easy puzzles to be posted today. However, when I come back from my lunch, all of my puzzles are corrupted! :(
- The first one is a standard Curve Data puzzle. Somehow, all clue shapes are "blurred" and replaced by '#' symbols.
- The second one is a standard Yin-Yang puzzle. Both black and white circles given in the grid are all replaced by '#' symbols too.
- The third one is a standard Tapa puzzle. I believe I wrote all clues with positive integers, but, you guess it, all of them are now replaced by '#'!
One thing for sure is that all of the puzzles I made have a unique solution. Can you somehow recover the puzzles and solve them? You may first ignore the red letters when recovering and solving the puzzles. After that, use the red letters to answer the question on the "Solution code".
Solution code: What should I do to avoid this from happening again?

Thanks @Dandelo and @athin for your help. I liked the uniqueness puzzles, but I think especially for the curve data the extraction could have been a bit more clear with fewer letters in the grid.

@MarkSweep: That's all correct. If the solution of the curve data also is correct, you should find the missing word in reading direction, no anagram.
But I agree that the mystery part of the solution code is not necessary. It's a very good puzzle even without this.
