X-Sum Thing Good to Eat

A Halloween themed treat, made for the CTC Discord's monthly puzzle prompt. I'm sure you'll find the trick to this one in no time.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
X-Sums: Clues outside the grid specify the sum of the first X digits from the position of the clue, where X is the first digit encountered.
Killer: Digits in a cage must sum to the value in the corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Cipher: All clues are encrypted. Each letter represents a unique digit.
