Here is another puzzle that may require some modular arithmetic, which I have constructed much earlier than my Ch.Re.Th.Sudoku(Kropki XV). If you have not tried that puzzle, please give it a try. I believe that you will like it. Different than that puzzle, this one has a negative constraint, but only on Xs. I hope you enjoy it. Your comments and ratings are highly appreciated as usual!
RULES: Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits separated by X must sum to 10, digits separated by V must sum to 5, and digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive. All Xs are given, but all Vs or white dots are not necessarily given.
Solution code: Row 8 followed by column 1.

another really nice puzzle, break-in would possibly be way harder, if not for the hint in the title (or perhaps solving the ChReTh puzzle prior to this one)

Thank you filuta, for your comment and for solving the puzzle. You are right. The puzzle would probably have 5 star difficulty without this title.

Nice logic. THX.

Brilliant puzzle! As a mathematician I really love the modular operations. But your use of the negative constraint for the X's is absolutely stunning. Take a bow and thx for sharing:)
