Normal Sudoku rules apply. Additionally:
1. XV: cells separated by an X must sum to 10; cells separated by a V must sum to 5. Not all Xs and Vs are necessarily given.
2. Kropki pairs: cells separated by a white dot are consecutive; cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
3. Digits cannot repeat in cages.

I just colored and colored and colored until every cell had a color lol didn't even realize the five was in the middle until the end.

I struggled with this more than I care to admit! :D

Great puzzle! That was a slick way to color it up - with those cage designs and XV clues. I don't recall applying the negative constraint. Got halfway through coloring and found a Kropki broke it open.
More interesting is I have not seen a puzzle where the 180 degree rotational offsets are either the sum of 5, 10, or 15. Usually there is a 10 rule. But this one appears to be one of those three values.
Again - great puzzle, thanks!

What an awesome puzzle. Great job!

Wonderful how you can colour the whole grid and then the dots get to work. Very enjoyable solve, thanks.

Nice puzzle - bumped it to 500 solves (which is quite a good number)
I guess the intention is to use colors, but switched over to letters, made it much easier/clearer to me.

19:47 Just color the entire puzzle completely, then the 2 dots will disambiguate the whole thing.

So pretty!

Amazing puzzle. It took me longer to understand the main goal of this puzzle, but after realizing it, it was very smooth.

Good coloring exercises!Very comfortable to do!

Just finished in 18 minutes (after a restart from a real clanger of a mistake) without using the negative constraint—which, if that makes it a two-star puzzle, is a record for me. I’ve been working my way through the easier puzzles on this site and this is the third or fourth of yours I’ve done. I really enjoy your approach to setting, thanks for sharing!

Came to this from Simon's CTC feature, which excluded the negative constraint on Vs. Completely agree with 2* for that version of the rules. Now I need to see if it's 1* with that constraint included.

Great Puzzle - very smooth flow. Prompted to try it when I saw Simon featured it on CtC today.

Got all my colors filled out, but I couldn't figure out how to use the kropi pairs to disambiguate the V numbers. I ended up following a few paths just to prove they ran into dead ends. I need practice!

I loved this! And it gave me a great excuse to make everything very colorful

Great sudoku, however I didn't feel like I needed to use the negative constraint with Vs anywhere. Enjoyed solving it though!

Most fun colouring puzzle I've found <3 The weird part is, I've solved it twice, and I've no idea how the negative constraint comes in. Maybe if you're not colouring?

I liked the symmetry

Feeling a little bit silly that I can't even begin to break into this but it's only a 1 star ;-;
Maybe this ruleset is just hard for me

Add note about trying it without the negative constraint. Thanks DiMono!

This was very enjoyable. Excellent use of negative constraints. Thanks thoughtbyte!
on 7. October 2021, 17:29 by DiMono
I didn't use the negative constraint on Vs at all in my solve. Those cells were disambiguated by something else for me. Either way, this is a very nice beginner-level puzzle.
on 6. October 2021, 22:44 by PleaseIgnore
The negative constraint for the Vs was actually really nice! Thanks!
on 6. October 2021, 20:47 by ScatterBrain
Nice how the 2 Kropki dots work together to disambiguiate the V numbers!
