Irregular Sudoku - fill each region with the digits 1-9 so that every row, column, and region contains each of the digits once.
Standard Killer Cages - Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top-left corner of the cage without repeating a digit.
Standard Little Killer Clues - Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat along these diagonals if allowed by other rules.
No bifurcation is required.

That was quite the ride! It took me forever to get a real foothold and even after that it didn't give up quickly. Really amazing work! :^)

What a beast of a puzzle! Even though the flow didn't feel much challenging, I still ran into trouble with continuous scanning and pencil marks, luckily the colors saved some time and the regions with cages interacted wonderfully. Thank you for this treat! ;)
