Dual Purpose (feat. Xenonetix)

I was working on some two cell pill arrows and asked Xenonetix if he could help me get the silly solver to work any faster. It turned into a wonderful collaboration :)
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along arrow lines may repeat, and must sum to the figure as read from left to right (e.g. 12) in an arrow's oval.

Clarification: The arrow beginning in r5c12 ends in r7c2. The arrow beginning in r8c34 does not.
Solution code: Row 2 followed by column 4 (left to right, top to bottom, 18 digits, no spaces)
