Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Between Lines: Digits on a line must be between the values placed in the circled ends of that line.
Killer Cages: Digits may not repeat within a cage. Digits in a cage must sum to the given letter, the value of which must be determined. Euler’s Formula (F + V − E = 2) must hold true.
Anti-Knight: Identical digits cannot be separated by a knight's move.
