Piano Sonata No 16

(Published on 29. September 2021, 05:09 by kuraban)

This puzzle was created for the CTC Discord server, for the August Music Monthly prompt.

It is based on Mozart's Piano Sonata No 16, in tribute to the CTC YouTube channel. Please don't get upset about me butchering Mozart. There's only so much that can be done in a 9x9 sudoku grid. :)

NB: The letters on the side of the grid are TOTALLY irrelevant to the puzzle. They are the musical notes and are there solely for aesthetic purposes.

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Cells separated by a chess knight's move cannot contain the same digit.

Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in its circle.

Digits can repeat along arrows if allowed by the other rules.

Digits must increase as they move along the thermometer away from the bulb.

So play along with Mozart here on f-puzzles.

Or if you'd rather play along on the CTC App.

Solution code: Row 1 and Row 9

That was a long solve path. Not easy in my opinion. Thank you for sharing.
