- Every thick letter must contain a 3 and must contain a 1.
- The digits in the cages must sum to 31 and may not repeat.
- The digits in cells separated by an X must sum to 10.
- The marked diagonals must sum to 31 or 10 as indicated.

"Must not" auf English = darf nicht.
Es tut mir leid, seit zu viel Jahren habe Ich zu wenig Deutsch gesprochen, also muss Ich auf Englisch Antworten:
In the rows 1-3, the neither 1 or 3 can appear on the letters. The little Killer clue does not affect row 3, so is unchanged by the trick rule

Great puzzle! I really enjoyed the interactions.
My only confusion was with the "large letters" in the first 3 rows. Originally I though that only the T and the K in TricK could not contain 1 or 3 (i.e. large == uppercase).
Also, if one of the letters in rows 1-3 contains a 1 or a 3 but not both, then the 1st constraint is NOT true, but that's actually not what you meant (I think).
