Forcing it - (Least Loved Arrow Series)

In my puzzle, Mitosis and Plumbing I paid tribute to the least loved arrows 2->1,1 and 3->1,2. And now we pay an incredible tribute to the arrow you've never seen before! Hehe. It also happens to be a pretty good introduction to irregular sudoku!
Rules:
In each row, column, and outlined region, the digits 1-9 must appear once each.
Arrows: The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow if permitted by other rules.
