Rules:

NORMAL sudoku rules applies

NON-CONSECUTIVE: Orthogonally adjacent cells must not contain consecutive digits.

RENBAN: Digits along each renban line must be a set of consecutive digits in any order, and must not repeat. (Each line is 3 cells long)

MINIMUM: r9c1 must be lower than both adjacent cells, following the inequality signs.
