Tarrasque (Odd Doubling Lines)

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Killer Cages: In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage.
Odd Doubling Line: On cyan colored lines, all digits must repeat EXACTLY twice except for one. This digit (which is to be determined by the solver) will NEVER repeat if it's on a cyan colored line.
