Playing Tetris Badly

Somebody played Tetris in our Sudoku grid (, apparently not a good Tetris player :)
Killer Cages sum 14 or 26 without repeating digits.
Little Killer diagonals sum to 14 or 26.
Inequality signs point to the smaller number.
This is my first creation. Its hard for me to rate the difficulty. (Sorry if this does not match your expections.)
