159 : The cells in column 1 tell you what column 1 is in in each row. So if r6c1 is a 7, that tells you that r6c7 is a 1. The same is true of column 5 and the digit 5, and column 9 and the digit 9.
Between lines: All digits on the lines lay strictly between the digits in the circles on the end.

Phew, this was quite the beast! Worked on it for hours only to realize I'd totally broken it, and the restart still took nearly an hour to finish.
