Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the corresponding circle. Digits on an arrow may repeat, if allowed by the other rules.
In cages, digits must sum to the number in the top left corner, if given. If there is an arrow pointing to a cage, then the sum of the digits in that cage is equal to the digit in the circle of that arrow.
Solution code: Row 9 (left to right) + Column 9 (top to bottom) without spaces.
