Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Additionally, cells that are a chess knight's move or a chess king's move apart must not contain the same digit.

In cages, digits must not repeat, and should add to the number in the top-left corner of the cage.

Digits on an arrow must add to the number in its circle.

Grey squares contain even digits, and grey circles contain odd digits.

Solution code: Enter the last row (left to right), and the last column (top to bottom) without spaces.

I'm stuck at step 1 after a few hours... any hints?

Jeet - As the name suggests, this will be a colouring puzzle for the most part. Colour R3C3 and R8C8 and see what all positions they can go in using the Anti-Knight and Anti-King constraint. After that, you should be able to colour some other cells and find their positions as well.
