Sixes and Sevens

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Every orthogonally adjacent pair of cells that sums to 6 is marked with a white dot, and every pair that sums to 7 is marked with a black dot. The number outside the grid gives the sum of the indicated diagonal. Inequality signs point to the smaller digit.

Apparently the dots switch colors if you turn on dark mode! For one second I thought I had been doing the entire puzzle wrong.
