Where a Million Diamonds Shine (Inequality Series #3)

(Published on 31. August 2021, 08:00 by twototenth)

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Blue lines are lockout lines; the endpoints (marked by diamonds) must have a difference of at least 4, and the digits on the line cannot be between or equal to the endpoints. Where two lines share an endpoint, they are treated separately. The inequality points to the smaller of the two adjacent digits.

symmetrical construction with only 2 possible paths to follow ... once a path is chosen, not a lot of deduction is needed anymore.

Lockout Lines were only 3 days old (and 2 days public) when twototenth set this puzzle. It was one of the first adventures for me in Lockout Lines where I didn't know the ending.. Incredible Puzzle!! Thank you for giving Lockout Lines a look so early on.
