Battle With The Archers 13: Unlucky Encounter

This is the 13th puzzle of my Battle With The Archers collection and for the 13 theme I'll try with killer cages, the inspiration comes from this enjoyable 13 puzzle by Farkov. The puzzle is a bit tricky and requires some good thinking too so be mindful of it, but imo the logical path in this one is really worth it so enjoy the ride!

Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow and digits can repeat if allowed by other rules.
Digits in a cage can't repeat and must sum to the small number written in the top left, in this case all cage totals are 13.
(colors are only for cosmetic purposes)

13 down 27 to go. That was a hard break in but once found it flowed nicely. I would put it at least 4 star difficulty.
