Here is the CHAOS! Standard Sudoku rules apply (the figures from 1 - 9 in each row, column and 3x3 block), and these 2 additional rules:

In all fields of each color within a 3x3 block there are either only odd or only even figures.

Kropki rules: fields linked with a white dot contain consecutive figures. Fields linked with a black dot have a ratio 1:2. Not all possible dots are given.

Solution code: the 2 long diagonals: from top left to bottom right, and from top right to bottom left.
