Lockout Lookout

Normal Sudoku, Lockout Lines and Killer Cage Rules apply.
Lockout Lines- Digits in diamonds must differ by 4 or more. Digits on a line must fall 'outside' the range defined by their diamonds and may repeat if allowed by other rules.

Very enjoyable puzzle! I found the break in to be very challenging (but fun!) and the logic flowed incredibly smoothly after that.

The lockout lines in box 3 are ambiguous. Is it part of the puzzle to workout which diamonds are linked? I think this should be clarified in the puzzle description.
