Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Normal arrow rules apply (digits in the arrow must sum to the digit in the corresponding circle). Inequality signs point to the smaller digit. The gray circle is an odd digit. Clues outside the grid are x-sums clues (the number outside the grid is the sum of the first x cells in that respective row where x is the first digit in that row).
