The Radiant Diamond Ring

This is my first attempt at setting a puzzle and I wanted to create something with a theme. The diamond ring, formed by the thermometers and irradiated by the arrows, gives the puzzle its title. The purpose of the killer cages, many of which may appear redundant, is something for the solver to discover.
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits cannot repeat within cages.
- Digits along thermometers must increase from the bulb end.
- Digits along arrows must sum to the number in the circle and may repeat if allowed by other rules.
- Cells separated by an X must sum to 10. All possible Xs are given.
