Caught Between Enemy Lines

Quick note: I'm not supposed to post multiple puzzles per week for the sake of other setters but because the following puzzle is a special one, I will see it as an exception this time and I won't include it to my Battle With The Archers series.
This is an alternative version of the original
Middle Ground puzzle from Qodec. The version came out when I was working on some possible designs for the later part of Qodec's version and analyzing the flow throughout setting time.
In my opinion, this one should be easier but still delivers some really sweet stuffs like the original and I may consider this one as a collab anyway since Qodec inspired the idea first. Hope you enjoy! :)
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow and digits can repeat if allowed by other rules.
Digits along a line that has two circles as its ends must be between the digits in those circles, i.e. the digit in one circle is greater than all digits on the line and the digit in the other circle is smaller than all digits on the line (digits along the line can repeat if allowed by other rules).
