Raising Temperatures
Rules:
1. Standard: Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Standard killer: Cells in cages must sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage.
3. Standard arrow: Cells along an arrow must sum to the total in the arrow's circle.
4. Standard little killer: Cells along indicated diagonals must sum to the total given, and may include repeats.
5. Standard X: Both main diagonals must include all digits from 1 to 9.
6. Kropki with no negative constraint: Cells separated by the white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
7. Standard thermometer: Cells along a thermometer must increase from bulb end.
