Phenomenal! Thank you. Took 21:03, which included a short interruption for which I did not pause the clock.

Hello !
There is, in F-puzzle, a tool to place white dot (constraint tool -> difference).
I'm playing in dark mode and your white dot set up as just "cosmetic" appeared black in dark mode. I first though the puzzle was broken and it took me a while to realize what was going on ^^"

otherwise it was a nice solve, thank you !

I may have overlooked something in my intended solve path. C1 is the lower left 'corner' of the German whispers line? What two values do you get for it. I'll run thru my logic with them.

Updated tags based on feedback, expanded rules explanation that not all black and white dots are given

Made colors lighter so center marking is visible, added Sudoku tag, removed Kropki tag. Longer description of numbers in circles.

Thanks for the feedback, I incorporated your suggestions.
----------
Since this is a sudoku, can you add the "Sudoku" tag.

This is not a Kropki puzzle since not all black and white dots are given (I quickly got a contradiction in box 1).
Can you replace it with the "Kropki Pairs (Variant)" tag instead.

Since there is only one puzzle type (sudoku) but multiple variants, can you instead put the "Variant combination" label/icon instead of the "Puzzle combination" icon.

Also if you want more people to try your puzzle, you should explain all the rules on the puzzle page.
