Nice puzzle. A bit tricky in the start before you see what is going on. Via nice interaction between arrows and disjoints it then leads to some interesting logic - which slowly but surely unwinds itself into a pleasant solve. Thanks

Some feedback regarding clarity of rules and tags:
1. The rules should be easily understood by anyone who isn't familiar with them. So can you explain the disjoint sets rule.
2. Written tags without brackets are for puzzle types. The only puzzle type here is a sudoku. Arrows is a different type of puzzle (http://wiki.logic-masters.de/index.php?title=Arrows/en)
3. This is a multi-variant puzzle, not a single-variant puzzle.
4. You could include the variant tags for Disjoint Groups, Killer and Arrows.

It took me a little over two hours to complete but this is my first 3 star puzzle I ever solved. I really liked the logic in box one leading to the rest of the solve. For me, the pairs were hard to disambiguate but it was very rewarding. Thank you for the puzzle.
