Hidden Black Dots

(Published on 6. August 2021, 21:19 by jwsinclair)

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Some cages show the sum of their digits, and digits cannot repeat within a cage.
Every cage contains exactly one (no more, no less) pair of orthogonally adjacent cells that contain digits with a 1:2 ratio.

FYI for anyone who's scrolled down this far: Tom1i posted the same comment on Hidden White Dots. I responded to that one, and there's been a (productive, I think?) discussion over there.

I have been on the verge of posting on your puzzles before. I can see, that your two most recent puzzles are twins, and as such are related in a way; how about posting them along side each other?
I think it is incredibly rude towards other setters to post puzzles at this frequency. New member with 10 puzzles in a very short time and hardly any solves of other people's puzzles. You could be posting nothing but sublime puzzles, and I would say the very same thing. It's rude. Give other setters a chance to show their creativity.
