- If two digits in the blue ring are adjacent then one is either a multiple or a factor of the other

What a wonderful, tricky and elegant puzzle!! With a new rule "ANTI-Whispers". Thank you for creating. I'm waiting for your next puzzle with rings and cages. :-))
This puzzle should be solved by Simon on CTC, he would have much fun, I think.
