Normal Sudoku rules apply. Gray lines are Renban lines; they must contain a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits. The inequality sign points to the smaller of the two adjacent digits.

lovely puzzle! Definitely tough to solve but very rewarding once you find the candidates on the inequality :)

Very elegant puzzle, loved colouring it all the way down to the inequality sign. It was very hard though and took me quite some time :D
