L. E. meets D. M.

Find a sequence constructed according to a specific scheme; the beginning of this sequence is shown here (question marks are not given).
H, ?, Y, V, ?, ?, ?, ?, C, ?, ...
Other members of this sequence are:
in 15. position: W
in 18. position: K
in 35. position: I
in 36. position: S
in 65. position: O
in 68. position: F
in 73. position: P
in 76. position: N
in 78. position: B
However, the sequence is not infinite. Two sections have been omitted, so that 90 elements remain, which could be numbered in a natural way from 1 to ??? (within the sequence, the numbers are not ordered).
Generally, countless sequences are possible with this scheme, the exact number is not known to me. The first and last elements of the sequence can be determined quickly, in between there are plenty of possibilities. With the sequence members given above the sequence becomes unique.
Solution code: The members of this sequence from 50. up to 59. position.

Dieses Rätsel nimmt keinerlei Bezug auf ältere Rätsel und ist komplett für sich allein lösbar.

Gut, dann kann ich aufhören, in seinen alten Rätseln die L.E. zu suchen...
