The Robin Hood Incident (Broken Arrows)
(Published on 23. July 2021, 11:48 by RobK)
The story goes that the legendary Robin Hood once fired an arrow perfectly into another, splitting it. Here's an arrow sudoku with broken arrows.
Rules: Normal Sudoku rules apply. Also, the digits on an arrow add up to the digit in that arrow's circle. Arrows and circles have to be matched by the solver - no cell on any arrow shares a row, column or 3x3 box with its circle.
To clarify: if an arrow with total 6 shares a box with a 6 in a circle, that cannot be the circle that goes with that arrow. Penpa only checks the digits, not the matching. Note that the cross in R1C8 is a one-cell arrow. ie: The digit in that cell must match the digit in its respective circle.
Thanks to CilantroGamer, SSGranor and Mr.Menace for testing.
Good luck and happy solving!
Solution code: Row 9, then column 9. 18 digits, no spaces.

It's brilliant! Exactly the flavour of puzzle i live for - looks impossible, but turns out to be really smooth after the initial shock wears off.
