HiLo Parity Sums Sudoku
Inspiration for this type comes from Old Miles.
Solve online in Penpa+ (thx to Henry!)
Apply classic sudoku rules.
In all cases where in an area of 2x2 exactly two odd and two even digits appear, a circle is placed on the intersection of the grid lines of that area. The number in the circle indicates the sum of the highest and the lowest digit of that area. Within a 2x2 area digits may repeat.
Solution code: Row 2, followed by column 2.

Excel is your best friend to make a pattern of odd/even cells in color to avoid an abundance of circles. The current number is about right.
I had some experience with other odd/even marked puzzles in the last months so that gave me an advantage while starting colouring for this one. :-)
