Rules:
1. Kropki: cells separated by a white dot have a difference of 1 and cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 2:1
2. Negative constraint: All possible dots within each caged/colored ring are given. (i.e. Only orthogonally adjacent cells in the same cage/color have a negative constraint applied to them)
3. Standard Sudoku rules apply
